Self-discipline is a training you have to take yourself through though it may seem like punishment but the end result is priceless. Self-discipline often means putting off your immediate comfort or wishes in favour of long-term success, It is the ability to do what you should be doing.
At the heart of any successful person, is self-discipline. Whether it’s success in their personal lives or their professional lives, it all starts with an inherent ability for self-control through discipline. Your thoughts, your emotions, your behaviours and your habits, all of them must be kept in check. Someone once said: Once you have commitment, you need the discipline and hard work to get you there.

Time
Time is free, but it’s priceless. You can’t own it, but you can use it. You can’t keep it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back Time is the only resources you have no control over in life, the quality of your time spent is equivalent to the quality of your life.
To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
We all have 24 hours in a day; the difference is how we use it. We usually have a lot of things that we want to get done and it is important to prioritize our tasks. This way, we would spend time doing the relevant things and make the most of our 24 hours. The time quadrant is a great way to help prioritize tasks. Time is referred to as the currency of life, so how much of it you spend wisely or invest in will determine how much your life will count (Ecclesiastes 3:1).
