Ritagee Analysis of “Godly Living’ in Accordance to Psalms 1 verse 1-6

Psalms 1:1-6(New Living Translation)
[1]Oh, the joys of those who do not  follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers.

[2]But they delight in the law of the lord,
meditating on it day and night.

[3]They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season.
Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.

[4]But not the wicked! They are like worthless chaff, scattered by the wind.

[5]They will be condemned at the time of judgment. Sinners will have no place among the godly.

[6]For the lord watches over the path of the godly,  but the path of the wicked leads to destruction.

Ritagee’s Analysis

God is a Holy God. There is no unrighteousness in Him. He hates sin and can never dwell in the midst of Sinners, for He cannot behold iniquities.

According to the above scripture, those that walk in godliness are God’s favorite. He gives them Honor, They flourish like a palm tree, they live a stress-free life… enjoying daily blessings from God. Infact everything they ventures into becomes perfect.

The Lord watches over an upright personality and direct their path, leading them into brightness.

On the  other hand, He withdraws from the wicked, those who dwell in iniquities. They walk in bitterness, anger, frustration, and their target, is to bring others down. Surely, the end result is Condemnation and death.

We have what it takes to live upright. Although temptation is not a respecter of any person, but as believers, we have the capacity to overcome.

Therefore, we must make up our mind to live right, and walk in righteousness or Godliness, because, it is only then we can enjoy God’s blessings and live in peace.
